HI

HI is a multi-business platform — one product, many verticals. Each vertical (bookshop, clinic, restaurant, betting) gets its own purpose-built tooling on top of a shared core (auth, billing, Telegram bots, AI search).

What you can do

• Appointment booking for any service business — clinic, beauty salon, car workshop, tutor. Customers chat the Telegram bot, share their phone with one tap, get a queue number. Admin sees bookings, manages “now serving”, broadcasts promotions. Serial (FIFO) or parallel (multi-station) modes.
• Run a clinic with appointments + prescriptions + pharmacy stock from Telegram.
• Run a bookshop with inventory, orders, AI-powered product search.
• Bet & track sports markets with AI insights.
• Onboard a new vertical without rewriting the platform — register, pick a category, you’re live.

How it works

Each business gets:

• Its own admin dashboard at hi.innyalabs.com
• Its own Telegram bot (paste a token from @BotFather)
• Its own MCP service token — usable from Telegram, Claude.ai, ChatGPT, n8n, anywhere
• Per-business data isolation (one token leak only affects that business)

Tech

Next.js, Postgres (Neon), Telegram Bot API, n8n for automations, MCP server for tool access, RAG layer for AI search. Self-hosted on a single VPS.
